Connected Hearts is about two women who met online. Pilar and Amelia met online. Started as a friendship that quickly went into a deep love fairly quickly. Pilar is from Delaware. Amelia is from South Africa. The two communicated through social media until one day they just had to be together. Once the two got together the two new this was going to be a ever lasting love. Pilar proposed to Amelia. The two went on a destination wedding. Then the two went on a destination honeymoon. They both went back to Delaware to start their life together as wife and wife. There is a poems through out the book professing their love to each other. From those poems there is a song called Connected Hearts. From the song there is a music video Connected Hearts.
